What can cause a users status to change from Do Not Disturb (DND) to Available?
- 8x8 Admin Console
- Work for Desktop
- Work for Web
- Work for Mobile
- Configuration changes to the user in Admin Console
- Changing the Caller Id from a 8x8 Work application
Sometimes you may find that when changing the settings the user is placed in to DND each time, If this occurs please contact 8x8 Support to update the configuration so this will change to available each time.
