How do I add additional emails to receive my faxes in Virtual Office Configuration Manager?

Objective

Add additional email addresses to receive a users Virtual Office Desktop faxes.

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Desktop.
  • Virtual Office Configuration Manager.

Procedure

  1. Log in to VO Configuration Manager.
  2. Click on Users.
  3. Select the pencil icon next to the desired user.
  4. Under the Fax Notification Settings add in the email addresses that you want to receive faxes for that user.
  5. Click Save.
