What is the Receptionist field used for and how are calls routed to the selected Receptionist?

Answer

The Receptionist field is used to re-route callers to a destination if they press 0 when reaching a user or service (ring group or call queue) voicemail. A User, Call Queue, Ring Group, or Auto Attendant can be selected in the Receptionist field. The receptionist destination will be applied to all users and services for that site.
