Why there is no download button available when you click on Select all filtered recordings?
- Admin Console
- Log in Admin Console and from the home interface click on Recordings;
- Select the date and filters and from the left side, check the box to select all the recordings;
- The option Select all filtered recordings will appear;
- Click on it and observe that the download button will be grayed out.
When you select Select all filtered recordings it will apply the operation on all recordings from the selected time interval, even if they are not shown in the list. This is supported only for bulk delete operation, therefore the download button appears grayed out.
