Managing Call Recording Storage Policy in 8x8 Admin Console
Objective
Users with the unified storage policy can manage their call recording policy in 8x8 Admin Console.

Procedure
Assign a policy
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Click Storage Policy.
- Locate the policy to assign and click Edit.
- Select the number of days needed for hot/cold storage.
Cold storage is not available for 8x8 Work and 8x8 Meet.
- Click Continue.
- Assign the policy to the required users.
- Click Save.
A user can only hold one Meetings policy, Contact Center policy, and Call Recordings policy at one time.
Create a Policy
- Click Create policy.
- Under Service select the license.
- Select the appropriate Hot storage and Cold Storage.
- Click Continue.
- Assign the policy to the required users.
- Click Save.
