Unable to Select All Call Recordings



Why does the Select All box on the Call Recordings page only select a few of the recordings?

The Select All tick box only selects the Call Recordings that have been loaded into the page. Pressing the 'End' key or scrolling down will load more Call Recordings. Once the bottom of the list is reached, the Select All tick box will select all of the call recordings.

Our recording team is working on a feature to allow users to select or delete all call recordings at once from a selected period of time without manually go to the end of the list.
