How to Enable Ring Group Name and extension from the Contact Directory

Objective

 Enable contact directory that displays Ring Group name & extension numbers.

Applies To

• 8x8 Admin Console
• Work for Desktop

Procedure

1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
2. Click Ring Groups.
   
3. Next to the desired ring group, click Edit (pencil icon).
4. Under Basic Information, click the toggle to enable the ability to Display Ring Group in company directory. The toggle is gray when the setting is disabled, and blue when the setting is enabled.
