Why do I receive the message "At least one member has to be from the same PBX as the site" when trying to edit a Ring Group
This applies for the scenario when an Administrator intends to make some changes to a Ring Group, and the customer has one single PBX.
- Admin Console
- Login to VO CM
- Go to Home -> Users
- Search for the User Profile of the Administrator
- Open the Basic Information Section
- Go to Contact Directory Scope
- From the Drop down Menu select "Company"
- Save the changes
Message returned by VO CM when the Administrator User Profile has the Contact Directory Scope set to Site and the Site is different than the one configured for the members of the RG.
