- Disable voicemail access from the Call Queue.
- Stop receiving voicemail email notification from the Call Queue.
- Virtual Office Configuration Manager
- Log in to VO Configuration Manager.
- Go to Call Queues and click the next to the Call Queue you want to Edit.
4. Scroll down to Primary/Secondary Members and click the 3 dots to the right of the user.
5. Click Disable Voicemail Access.
6. Click Save
