How do I disable Voicemail Access of a User from a Call Queue in Configuration Manager?

Objective

  • Disable voicemail access from the Call Queue.
  • Stop receiving voicemail email notification from the Call Queue.

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Configuration Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to VO Configuration Manager.
  2. Go to Call Queues and click the clipboard_e5cb93109ee35448804a74b2bf86a1ddc.pngnext to the Call Queue you want to Edit.

4. Scroll down to Primary/Secondary Members and click the 3 dots to the right of the user.

5. Click Disable Voicemail Access.

6. Click Save
