Setting Internal Caller ID in 8x8 Admin Console

 

Objective

Set up Internal Caller ID. This can be configured by a user or administrator.

  • 8x8 Admin Console
  • Caller ID

Procedure

Set the Internal Caller ID

  1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon).
  4. Click Internal Caller ID from the menu on the left.
  5. Enter the First Name and Last Name to be displayed. 
    • These fields default to the same values as the Basic Information section .
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
