Why can users see icons in the SSO panel that they don't have a license for?
I.e they have an X2 license and can still see an icon for QM or CN
- Contact Now (CN)
- Quality Management (QM) and Speech Analytics
CN and QM are provisioned at a customer level not and agent level. What this means is that if the customer is overall an X8 customer that has QM or CN provisioned for some users, then all users will see the icon.
Users with lower licenses such as X2 will not be able to access the applications, being confronted with error pages saying there is no license for them to use if they try.
