Fax Received Upside Down
Symptom
When downloading fax attachment from Gmail, using Internet Explorer on Windows 8.1, the attachment is upside down.

Resolution
Use Google Chrome, instead of Internet Explorer to access your email and download the same document that was downloaded with Internet Explorer. The fax is correctly displayed.
Cause
This seems to be an issue with Internet Explorer and Windows 8.1.
