Why do my Admin user logins error when trying to move between Primary and alternate plans for Channels & logins routing?

- Contact Center channel numbers - User Logins
If an admin doesn't have any extension or phone number attached to them, there will be nothing for our system to re-route. Any Admin showing up in this section, will create errors because of this. This is expected behaviour.
The only time there is an issue, is if there is a phone number/extension attached that has failed to re-route.
