Can the Inbound Caller ID for Call Queues be changed

Can the Inbound Caller ID for Call Queues be changed to show something other than the Call Queue name and the Caller's Number?

Answer

There is no option to edit the Inbound Caller ID for Call Queues in 8x8 Admin Console. Changing the Inbound Caller ID for Call Queues is currently not supported.

The Inbound Caller ID for Call Queues is permanently set to display the Name of the Call Queue and the Phone Number of the caller.
