User is not being assigned calls despite being a member of the call queue in 8x8 Admin Console

- 8x8 Admin Console
- Log into 8x8 Admin Console and navigate to the affected call queue
- Remove the affected user and hit Save
- Re-add the affected user and hit Save
Under certain circumstances, the configuration may not be propagated to the back end systems correctly. Resetting the configuration forces an update which will restore the connection between the user and the call queue
