How to Log an Agent In or Out of a Call Queue through Admin Console
Objective
Remotely logging an agent in or out of a Call Queue through Admin Console.

Procedure
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Select Call Queues from the home page.
- Click Edit.
- Click More Options (three dots) to the right of the desired call queue member.
- Select Log out from queue or Log in to queue.
