How to Forward Calls from a Ring Group to an External Number in Admin Console
Objective
To set up forwarding a virtual number to an external number via a Ring Group.

Procedure
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Click Ring Groups.
- Click Edit (pencil icon).
- Navigate to Call Forwarding Rules.
- Next to Forward all calls click Edit (pencil icon).
- Select Selected user or service.
- Enter the External Number.
- Select the number from the drop-down.
- Click Save.
