How to Forward Calls from a Ring Group to an External Number in Admin Console

 

Objective

To set up forwarding a virtual number to an external number via a Ring Group. 

Applies To

  • Admin Console
  • Call Forwarding
  • Ring Group

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Console.
  2. Click Ring Groups.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon).
  4. Navigate to Call Forwarding Rules.
  5. Next to Forward all calls click Edit (pencil icon). 
  6. Select Selected user or service.
  7. Enter the External Number.
  8. Select the number from the drop-down.

  9. Click Save.
