Your Virtual Office Desktop or Virtual Office Mobile Contact Directory displays the account admin profile under multiple extensions.

Exclude Vacant Extensions from the Contact Directory
To exclude vacant extensions from the Contact Directory
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Go to Accounts > Contact Directory > View.
- Scroll to the Contact Directory: Exclude Extension column. Note: If you are on a Mac, this works best in Safari.
- Check the appropriate boxes to exclude the undesired extensions from the Contact Directory.
- Click Save Changes.
When a new or existing extension does not have an assigned Virtual Office profile, the system defaults to the primary Account Manager administrator profile.
