Enabling or disabling call recording while on a call in Virtual Office Desktop.
Virtual Office Desktop New Experience
- Whilst in the Virtual Office Desktop, and in an active call, press the Options button (the three dots).
- Select the Record button to start recording.
- Select the Stop recording option to end call recording.
Call recording audio files will be as long as the call lasted. The recorded section will only last until Stop recording is clicked - the remainder for of audio file will be silence. For example, if Stop recording is clicked exactly one minute into a two-minute call, only the first minute will have audio and the second will be of silence.
