Extensions being monitored on Switchboard Pro go off with the screen turning blank after a period of inactivity. The period of inactivity is undetermined, but is usually around an hour.

When the issue occurs, Switchboard Pro users will need to log out and log back into the account.
- In the upper left corner of the Switchboard page, click your profile icon.
- Click Logout.
- Log back in through your 8x8 Application Panel and click on the switchboard icon. The issue should be fixed after logging back in.
There is a bug that is causing the extension to goes missing. Engineering teams are looking into the bug to get the issue resolved.
