8x8 Contact Center User created in Account Manager is not visible in Contact Center Configuration Manager
Symptom
User Profile is enabled as VCC agent in Account Manager and VCC Agent Primary# is selected, however the user is not present in Contact Center.

- Contact Center provisioned via Account Manager
Procedure
Login into 8x8 Account Manager and go to Accounts - User Profiles and edit the affected user profile.
Follow below steps:
- Click on New Private routing
- Type an extension number or click on suggest extension
- Click add
- Click save
- Edit the affected user profile again
- Select VCC Agent Primary first row with VO extension as primary
7. Click save
The user should now appear in Contact Center.
