You have the ability to change your account's primary administrator's name and contact information by following the instructions below.
To change your primary admin username, a Primary Admin Change Request Form is required. Please open a case with 8x8 Support for assistance.
To change the Primary Admin's name in Account Manager
- Log in to Account Manager.
- At the top of the screen, below the welcome line and admin email, click Edit My Profile.
- The account admin first and last name can be changed in the Name section. (You can also change the primary contact email and phone number from this screen.)
- Click Save.
