Resetting a user's password in Account Manager.
- Account Manager
- 8x8 Work (Virtual Office before version 7.x)
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Click Accounts.
- Click User Profiles.
- For the desired user, click Reset Password.
- Select Send Email to confirm that you want to reset the password.
After the user receives an email notification, they should follow the instructions in the email to reset their password.
