How to Reset the Password for a User Profile in Virtual Office Account Manager

Objective

Resetting a user's password in Virtual Office Account Manager.

Applies To

  • Account Manager 

Procedure

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Click Accounts.
  3. Click User Profiles
  4. For the desired user, click Reset Password.
  5. Select Send Email to confirm that you want to reset the password. 

After the user receives an email notification, they should follow the instructions in the email to reset their password.
