When creating a new user profile in Account Manager, the username field shows "Username already in use" after filling in the username field.
- Account Manager
Only one instance of a username can exist. The existing username needs to be edited. Alternatively, the user can be deleted.
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Click Accounts.
- Click User Profiles.
- Click Edit (pencil icon)
- Edit the username.
- Click Save.
