Username Already in Use Error When Creating a Username in Account Manager

When creating a new user profile in Account Manager, the username field shows "Username already in use" after filling in the username field.

Only one instance of a username can exist. The existing username needs to be edited. Alternatively, the user can be deleted.

  1. Log in to Account Manager
  2. Click Accounts.
  3. Click User Profiles.
  4. Click Edit (pencil icon)
  5. Edit the username.
  6. Click Save.
