Auto Attendant - Additional Options
Objective
This article will go through what can be applied in the additional options within the auto attendant.

Procedure
With Additional Options, you can set up the auto attendant to forward to another destination without having to make a selection when you have called in. It can be to an extension, ring group or an external number.
Default setting
When you leave it to default settings in the additional options tab the If no selection is made, then the IVR message, if there is one, will replay and announce what options there are within the auto attendant.
Transfer to extension
When If no selection is made, then is set to Transfer to Extension you can then specify which extension you want the call to go to.
Transfer to Ring Group
When If no selection is made, then is set to Transfer to ring group you can then specify which ring group you want the call to go to.
Transfer to External Number
When If no selection is made, then is set to Transfer to External Number you can then specify any external number.
