File Upload Error when uploading a recording audio files to and Auto Attendant profile in Account Manager
The error message File Upload Error: Please contact 8x8 Support for assistance pops up after uploading the file and clicking "I agree"
- Virtual Office Account Manager
- Auto Attendant
- Verify this is not an issue with the file you are attempting to upload
- Select the Record Recording option and create a recording by phone
- Retry uploading the file
- Delete the recording recorded by phone if not is not required
If this does not resolve the issue you may need to raise a support case.
