How to exclude contacts from the Auto Attendant directory.

- Account Manager
Procedure
- Log in to Account Manager.
- On the top navigation bar, click Accounts.
- Under the Accounts menu, click Contact Directory.
- To exclude an extension, select the corresponding checkbox in the Auto Attendant Exclude Extension column by scrolling to the right by using the scroll bar.
