How to Disable Call Forwarding Option in the Auto Attendant for the Account Manager Customers


Disable call forwarding option in Auto Attendant for the external phone number.

  1. Login to Account Manager.
  2. Click Phone System > Auto attendant.
  3. Choose the relevant Auto attendant profile > click Edit > choose Proceed without Copy.
  4. Edit Auto attendant > choose Business Hours Rules and Recordings.
  5. Click the + sign in Business Hours Rules and Recordings to view the options.
  6. Choose the right Business Hours.
  7. In Auto Attendant: Billing Submenu, choose the ( - ) sign to disable the external phone number which the calls are forwarded to.
  8. And click the ( + ) sign to add the number for call forwarding purpose.
  9. Click Save.
