Forwards from the Auto Attendant to external numbers fail when the Main Company Number isn't set. Set the Main Company number under Caller ID to fix the issue.

The Auto Attendant will not call out to record a greeting
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Navigate to Phone System > Company Settings.
- Under Caller ID, select the Main Number.
- Click Save.
The Main Company Number is not set.
