When attempting to play Auto Attendant greetings, or play or download call recordings in Google Chrome, the page displays, "Please wait." Greetings and call recordings don't play.

When on the call recording page, check that you have allowed Flash by selecting the padlock and setting the Flash drop-down to Allow (see screenshot). Then reload the page when prompted. The call recording should now play as well as giving you the option to download.
