Do Daylight Savings changes need to be done manually in Account Manager?

No. Account Manager automatically updates the PBX based on local time zone.

Additional Information

You can update the time zone in Phone SystemCompany Settings > Time Zone. However, if you do have the correct time zone, but the PBX time is still incorrect, it is advised to try toggling the time zone (Select a different time zone in the drop-down section, save settings, then change it back to the original one).
