How to Adjust the Emergency Service Address within Account Manager

Objective

Update the emergency service address in Account Manager.

Applies To

  • Account Manager
  • Emergency Service Address

Procedure

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Click Phone System ExtensionsView All Extensions
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Under Extension Settings locate Emergency Service Address
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Enter the new address. Screen Shot 2019-12-11 at 10.37.06 AM.png
  7. Click Save.
  8. A warning may appear which states that "The address you entered could not be verified." 
  9. If the address is correct, click I am sure the address entered is correct.
  10. The new address can now be selected from the drop-down menu.
