Exclude or include an extension from the Contact Directory in Virtual Office
- Account Manager
- Contact Directory
- Log in to Account Manager as an administrator.
- Navigate to Accounts > Contact Directory.
- Search for the extension or name of the user that you want to include or exclude from the directory.
- To exclude the extension, tick the box in the column headed Contact Directory Exclude Extension.
- To include the extension, untick the box.
- Save changes.
