How to include or exclude an extension from the Contact Directory

Objective

Exclude or include an extension from the Contact Directory in Virtual Office

Applies To

  • Account Manager
  • Contact Directory

Procedure

  1. Log in to Account Manager as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to Accounts > Contact Directory.
  3. Search for the extension or name of the user that you want to include or exclude from the directory.
  4. To exclude the extension, tick the box in the column headed Contact Directory Exclude Extension.

  5. To include the extension, untick the box. 
  6. Save changes.
