How to Adjust the Emergency Service Address in Account Manager
Objective
Update the emergency service address in Account Manager.

Procedure
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Click Phone System > Extensions > View All Extensions.
- Click Edit.
- Under Extension Settings locate Emergency Service Address.
- Click Edit.
- Enter the new address.
- Click Save.
- A warning may appear which states that "The address you entered could not be verified."
- If the address is correct, click I am sure the address entered is correct.
- The new address can now be selected from the drop-down menu.
