To change your Company name in Account Manager, log into Account Manager and go to Company Settings under Phone System. Learn more from the steps listed here.
Note: To change company name in Virtual Office Configuration Manager, the equivalent of configuring your main company name, click here.
To change your Company name in Account Manager
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Go to Phone System > Company Settings.
- Under Caller ID, ensure:
- Company Name is entered as you want it displayed (up to 15 characters, including spaces).
- Main Number matches the number you intend to display as the caller ID number.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
