How do I download a list of all extensions?
Objective
Download a list of all extensions and the associated users, DDIs and devices.

Procedure
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Go to the Phone System menu.
- In Extensions view, select View All Extensions.
- Select Download Extensions (csv), which will download a CSV file containing information such as: extension numbers, plan names, phone numbers, users names, assigned devices, Mac IDs.

Tips:
If, after downloading the csv files, data columns are misaligned and you have Cost Center, ensure Cost Center names do not have comma separators (i.e., "San Jose, CA" should be "San Jose CA"). CSV files read all commas as separators, hence, Comma Separated Value (CSV) files.
