This article shows you how to remove an Extension from a Branch within Account Manager.
- Account Manager
- Log into Account Manager.
- Select Phone System, then Branches.
- Select the Branch in which you wish to remove an Extension from.
- Make sure a Reception Type is selected, this is circled in black below.
- After this has been selected, next go to Manager Extensions, this is circled below in blue. From here you will be able to remove extensions as required.
If you do not select a Receptionist type, you will receive an error requesting this.
Please select a receptionist type before clicking Manage Extensions.
