Why can't I edit a user's External Caller ID Full Name?

Symptom

Under External Caller ID, Caller ID Full Name cannot be edited.

Resolution

Toggle the Phone Number under External Caller ID. This will change the Caller ID Full Name option to an editable box, and you will be able to type in a new caller ID.
