When modifying an extension in Account Manager, the VCC Dedicated Extension checkbox is grayed out. Enable Virtual Office and Enable Virtual Office Mobile are also grayed out.

Go to Accounts and then User Profiles:
1. Find the user profile assigned to the extension you want to modify
2. Click on Edit
3. Click on New Private Routing # and then Add
The profile should now look similar to this:
4. Go back to Phone System and Extensions, select View all Extensions and modify the desired extension
These options are grayed out when a user profile has only one VCC extension under the Phone #'s linked to: field, whereas for both VCC and VOD, two separate extensions are necessary.
