This guide details how to block Caller ID in Account Manager. This is done by checking the Permanent Caller ID Blocking box inside the settings for the extension. This must be performed by an 8x8 system administrator on behalf of the extension user.
- Account Manager
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Click Phone System.
- Under View All Extensions, click View.
- Click Edit next to the extension you want to edit.
- Under Extension Settings, check the box next to Permanent Caller ID Blocking.
- Click Save Changes.
