Why can't I see an extension in the Contact Directory?

Symptom

One or several extensions are not showing in the Contact Directory.

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Account Manager
  • Contact Directory

Resolution

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Navigate to Accounts > Contact Directory.
  3. In the list, locate the extension that is not showing in the Contact Directory.
  4. Scroll to the right until you can see the column header Contact Directory Exclude Extension.
  5. Uncheck the box next to the extension.

  6. Click Save Changes.
  7. The extension will now be visible in the Contact Directory.
