Why can't I see an extension in the Contact Directory?
Symptom
One or several extensions are not showing in the Contact Directory.
Applies To
- Virtual Office Account Manager
- Contact Directory
Resolution
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Navigate to Accounts > Contact Directory.
- In the list, locate the extension that is not showing in the Contact Directory.
- Scroll to the right until you can see the column header Contact Directory Exclude Extension.
- Uncheck the box next to the extension.
- Click Save Changes.
- The extension will now be visible in the Contact Directory.
