How do I set up a fax number for an extension in Account Manager?

Objective

Set up a fax number for a Virtual Office Pro extension in Account Manager.

Procedure

1. Log in to https://sso.8x8.com/sso/login.
2. Click Virtual Office Account Mgr.
3. Click Phone System.
4. Find the Extension number that you wish to setup a fax number for.
5. Under Virtual Office Pro Information, click Select Fax Number.
6. Choose your State, Area Code, and City. 
7. Choose your preferred faxing phone number, then click Select.
8. Scroll all the way down and click Save Changes.

Additional Information

If these steps do not work, please verify your extension's service plan and make sure it's Unlimited Extension Pro.
