Disabling Voicemail Access of a User from the Ring Group in Account Manager

Objective

  • Disable voicemail access from the ring group
  • Stop receiving voicemail email notification from the ring group

Applies To

  • Account Manager

Procedure

  1. Login to Account Manager.
  2. Go to Phone System tab.

 3. Click on Ring Groups then click edit.

 4. Scroll down to Members of Ring Group.

 5. Uncheck the box for User Able to Receive Ring Group Voicemail? option.

 6. Click Save.

Additional Information

This applies to Ring Group voicemail only. Users can still access their own voicemail and can receive voicemail email notification from their extension if enabled. For Configuration Manager, click here.
