- Go to Account Manager - > Phone System > Ring Group and click the Edit button.
- Check the time next to the option "If no one in ring group answers, forward calls to"
This value represents total time to alert a member: how long to ring a member before going to the next member.
If the value is too high, it will take too long before moving on to the next extension.
