Adding Switchboard Scripts in Account Manager
Objective
Add a script that appears for Switchboard users to guide them when answering a call
Applies To
Switchboard on the Legacy Account Manager platform.
Procedure
- Sign in to Account Manager
- Click on 'Phone System' > 'Switchboard > 'View' button in the 'Scripts' box
- Click on 'Select Phone Number'
- Click 'Select' next to the inbound number needs the script displayed
- Enter the text to be displayed in the 'Script' box
- Click on the green '+'
- Click on the 'Save' button on the bottom of the page.
