How do I know which Virtual Numbers are assigned to a particular destination?

You can search to find numbers associated with Auto Attendants, Call Queues and Extensions by following the below steps.

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. On the top navigation bar, click Phone System.
  3. Under the Phone System menu on the left, click Virtual And Toll-Free Numbers.
  4. To search for numbers assigned to a specific destination, i.e. a ring group, select the check box next to Destination.
  5. Click on the drop down menu and scroll through the list to find the required destination and select it.
  6. Click Search.


This will now provide you with results below of what number(s) are associated with that particular destination.
