How do I know which Virtual Numbers are assigned to a particular destination?
You can search to find numbers associated with Auto Attendants, Call Queues and Extensions by following the below steps.
- Log in to Account Manager.
- On the top navigation bar, click Phone System.
- Under the Phone System menu on the left, click Virtual And Toll-Free Numbers.
- To search for numbers assigned to a specific destination, i.e. a ring group, select the check box next to Destination.
- Click on the drop down menu and scroll through the list to find the required destination and select it.
- Click Search.
This will now provide you with results below of what number(s) are associated with that particular destination.
