The Business/After Hour greetings are mainly labels that allow users to record multiple greetings for their voicemail. These greetings need to be manually switched from Business Hour to After Hour and vice versa.

User A works a schedule from 9am PST to 6pm PST.

User A has recorded both a Business Hour greeting as well as an After Hour greeting and has activated the Business Hour greeting.
