Detailed Call Log Report Is Missing Calls


In Account Manager Reporting, the Call Logs Detailed Report does not list all of the expected calls.

Select all of the desired extensions and phone numbers to report on.

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Go to Reporting > Run/Schedule.
  3. Under Report Type, select Call Logs.
  4. Under Display Format, select Detailed Report.
  5. Select the Report Timeframe and Time Zone.
  6. Under Data Filters, for Number Types check the box next to Select All.
  7. Select desired extensions or phone numbers from the list.
  8. Click Run.


Not all of the desired extensions or phone numbers were selected.
