Unable to Access Report via Email


The customer is unable to access a scheduled report after it's emailed to them. They get a screen that doesn't let them login.

Applies To 

  • Account Manager
  • Scheduled Reports


Use the User ID that created the report to login, or recreate the Report through the customer's User ID.


The customer doesn't have privileges to view the Report by opening the link, even if their email address was included in the Scheduled Report settings.
