To be able to record calls selectively.
- Configuration Manager
- Virtual Office Desktop
- Log in to Configuration Manager
- Click Users.
- Click Edit (pencil icon).
- Go to Call Recording Settings.
- Select Allow user to record calls selectively and click Save.
- Once enabled, the user should be able to start and stop recording in Virtual Office Desktop.
Selective recording in Configuration Manager is the same as record on demand for legacy accounts.
